If your computer problem doesn't require a hands on fix then you will love remote support. With a remote support session a technician is able to connect to your computer as if they were sitting right in front of it. This means we can fix your computer without ever having to send out a technician which makes it our most affordable option.
Get started by contacting us and setting up a date and time for your repair. When you are ready to start all you have to do is visit out website and click the Start Remote Session at the bottom of each webpage. Follow a few easy steps and in less than 3 minuites you will be connected to one of our skilled technicians who will fix your computer right in front of your eyes.
Please note that not every problem can be fixed through a remote session. Issues like hard drive crashed, some viruses, lost windows passwords, and other problems require us to have aucutall physical access to your computer to fix. How does it work?
Once you go through our set-up process you will be prompted to download a small application, which will give you a 6 digit random code. You will give that code to the technician and then click yes when you are asked if you would like to allow the technican to control your computer.
Will they always be able to control my computer?
No. Once the support session has ended the program is automaticly erased, so there is no way it can be used again.
Will it work on my computer?
As long as you are using Windows, and are able to access the internet then you shouldn't have a problem.
What if they can't connect, or fix the problem?
If the technican can't connect or if its not a problem we can fix remotley then we will convert your ticket to an on-site repair and credit your connection fee toward any cost for the visit. (So long as you live in our service area, if you are not in our service area then we will issue you a refund)
How much does it cost?
To connect to a technican you must first pay a $25 connection fee, after the session you will be sent an invoice for the remainder which is based on the complexity of your problem. If you want an idea of how much it will cost for your problem you can request a free estimate.

We accept most major credit credit and debit cards and can take payments through our website, as well as directly from an invoice. You can also pay by credit card over the phone.
