If you are the kind of person who isn't around the home or office, don't worry. We know not everyone can be available for an on-site appointment. Thats why we offer our pick up service, where we can come and pick up your computer, take it back to our shop, fix it, clean it, and bring it back to you running better than ever.
When your fed up with your computer acting like a toddler who didn't get candy at the check out isle all you have to do is give us a call or schedule your pick up online. We will call or e-mail you to confirm it, and have your computer ready to go. A technician will come by, ask a few questions, have you sign some paperwork, give you a receipt that says we have it, and then wisk it off to our shop where we will diagnose and fix the problem. The entire time your PC is with us you will get an e-mail at each step of the process letting you know what the status of your repair is. Once the repair is complete we will contact you again and set up a date and time to bring your PC back. We will review the work we did, and even hook everything back up for you.
